The spacious living and dining room has many windows, which give a beautiful natural light. In the living room is a spacious seating area created with smart satellite TV (channels) and a characteristic fireplace. From the living room you can walk onto the terrace, which gives a wonderful feeling of freedom. In addition, the living room has a dining table with 6 chairs: enough room for everyone. The kitchen is half open and is thus involved in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric stove, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils. A hallway leads to the three bedrooms. These feel wonderfully spacious due to the white walls and the beautiful wooden, carved doors and therefore stand out. Bedroom 1 and 2 are both equipped with 2 single beds, bedroom 3 has a double bed. The bathroom of Casa Olivia offers a shower, toilet and double sink. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHSCasa Oliva is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1395 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
